Ghazi Manai is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Well Gear Oil Tolls. Since establishing the group’s first company in 2015, and assuming full-time leadership in 2019, he has led its transformation into a dynamic international provider of energy equipment solutions. Under his leadership, the company has consistently achieved seven-figure annual revenues, with cumulative sales reaching eight figures across four continents.

Ghazi brings more than 17 years of experience in the oilfield equipment and services industry, having held senior roles in Projects, Maintenance, Asset management, and Supply Chain with global leaders such as Weatherford International (NASDAQ:WFRD) and Lamprell Energy (LON: LAM). His international career spans over 10 countries across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

He holds an MBA from Imperial College London, where he was awarded the Excellence Scholarship, and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering with honors from the University of Southampton.

Imed Jerbi has served as Well Gear Oil Tolls Business Development Director since 2021. He brings more than 17 years of experience in the oilfield equipment and services industry, with a strong track record across North Africa’s upstream markets.

Before joining Well Gear Oil Tolls, Imed led sales and operations for the Integrated Services Drilling Tools (ISDT) division at Weatherford International (NASDAQ: WFRD),where he ranked among the company’s top-performing regional sales managers across all product lines. His expertise includes strategic client development, complex tendering, and field operations, supported by deep regional insight and a robust industry network throughout Africa’s energy sector.
